Design Notes

To ensure the basic feature of fusion protein, we add a glycine linker between CKLF1C19 and Lamp2b.


Source

The minicircle DNA vetor is inspired by the article A Robust System for Production of Minicircle DNA Vectors. ( Kay Ma, et al. 2010) The RGD is inspired by the article Translational pharmacology of an inhaled small molecule αvβ6 integrin inhibitor for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. ( Alison E John，et al. 2020) The Lamp2b is inspired by the article Delivery of siRNA to the mouse brain by systemic injection of targeted exosomes. (Lydia Alvarez-Erviti,et al. 2011) The siRNA for GATA3 is designed by ourselves.
